1 kg cleaned Crab
6 large size Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
4 Kashmiri Chilli
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
½ tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Pepper powder
1 cup Coconut milk
1 string Coriander leaves
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Method1. Take 3 tbsp oil in a large sauce pan. Heat the oil at medium heat. Once it becomes hot, add chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for another 5 minutes.
3. Add chopped tomato, chilli and little water. Cover the pan and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder and pepper powder. The oil separates after 5 minutes.
5. Add crab, coconut milk and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add some coriander leaves and have your Spicy Crab Masala ready!..
